Feeling deeply inspired on Day 2 of #MdntvLeadershipSummit as our delegates embarked on an emotional recollection of Moses’ Exodus journey.
Just imagine…our attendees were transported from the comfort of the summit halls into the wilderness of Shur, via Mara and the mythical path beneath the Red Sea, through the Suez Tunnel. Details stirring within us vivid images of exodus memorably depicted in Exodus 14:1-31.
Our leadership expedition continued with a visit to Elim, the sight of 12 springs and 70 palm trees, located in Exodus 15:27; then threading through the Wilderness of Sin, to the victorious lands of Rephadim as described in Exodus 17:1-16.
And the journey is far from over! Today, we prepare to ascend the 7,600 ft. high Mt. Sinai, famously known as ‘Moses Mountain’, where God handed Moses the Ten Commandments. Along our ascent, we reminisced the notorious places of Golden Calf, Joshua’s waiting place, & Elijah’s Bashin, allowing us to truly grasp the depth and weight of these historical events.
Our unique out-the-box metaphorical journey was more than engaging; it painted a vivid picture of leading against all odds, persevering through trials, and leaning towards faith, mirroring the challenges we face on our endeavours as leaders. #Leadership #queenofsheba #Day2 #ExodusJourney
