National Coloured Congress (NCC) leader and MP Fadiel Adams Has Been Arrested

Police arrested him at his residence in Cape Town’s Parliamentary Village on Tuesday morning after he failed to hand himself over despite a J50 warrant issued by the SAPS Political Killings Task Team.
Adams faces charges of fraud and defeating or obstructing the course of justice for allegedly interfering with the investigation into the 2017 murder of former ANC Youth League leader Sindiso Magaqa.
He had earlier dismissed the warrant as an intimidation tactic and indicated he would surrender voluntarily.
