On March 7th, City of Cape Town Law Enforcement officers came across a visibly confused and profusely sweating individual walking along the R27, just past Koeberg Power Station.
Concerned for his condition, they called for an ambulance and alerted Melkbosstrand SAPS.
Upon searching him, officers discovered a variety of illegal substances, including cocaine, magic mushrooms, dagga, Ecstasy tablets, and meth, along with prescription drugs such as Oxynorm, Tramadol, Serdep, and Ketamine.
The total estimated value of the confiscated drugs is around R306,000.
Additional tablets were also found in his possession and are still being identified.
