KwaMashu Police Seek Public Assistance to Solve Siyanda Murder Case

Police detectives in KwaMashu in Durban in KwaZulu-Natal (KZN) are urgently calling on members of the public to help identify and locate two persons of interest who may hold vital information regarding a brutal murder that took place in July.

According to police reports, 42-year-old Innocent Xolani Magwaza was allegedly stabbed to death along a road near his residence in Siyanda, within the KwaMashu area, on Tuesday, 21 July 2026.
Following the tragic incident, a case of murder was officially opened and remains under active investigation.

Detectives believe that the individuals captured in the released photographs can provide crucial details to help solve the ongoing investigation.

Members of the community who recognize the individuals or have any knowledge regarding their current whereabouts are strongly urged to come forward.
