Parkweg Police Hunt Kidnapping and Robbery Suspects in White Minibus
Parkweg police are looking for a white Toyota Quantum with six suspects, five coloured males and one female, who kidnapped a 23-year-old male in McHardy Avenue, Brandwag, and robbed him of his belongings.
According to the victim, he was waiting for public transport in McHardy Avenue when the minibus stopped, and he informed the occupants that he was going to St Andrews Street.
The complainant boarded the bus, and it travelled until 2nd Avenue, where two of the males took out knives and robbed him.
The suspects took the victim’s Samsung A06 cellular telephone, sneakers, Nike soccer boots, and a black bag.
The suspects then dropped the victim off in Albrecht Street, Dan Pienaar.
A case docket of kidnapping and robbery was opened at Parkweg Police Station.
