Tiny Dies After Penis Enlargement Procedure In Thailand
British-Nigerian influencer Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo, 43, has died after a penis enlargement procedure in Thailand triggered a fatal pulmonary embolism, according to findings presented at a UK coroner’s inquest.
Ubiribo, who was also known as Denisi and Ego, underwent the procedure on 5 March 2026 while on holiday in Bangkok with his wife, fashion designer Danielle Simba Allen.
Evidence presented at the Inner West London Coroners’ Court showed that about 40 millilitres of hyaluronic acid and lidocaine were injected at an unnamed clinic in Thailand.
After the procedure, Ubiribo and his wife (also pictured) reportedly went for a massage at their Marriott hotel. He complained of chest pain and lost consciousness twice before being taken by ambulance to Sukhumvit Hospital.
Doctors diagnosed him with a pulmonary embolism, a potentially fatal blockage of an artery in the lungs. His condition deteriorated before a planned CT scan could be completed. Medical staff performed CPR for more than 100 minutes, but he died in the early hours of 6 March.
A postmortem examination in the UK later found cellular material in his lungs consistent with the hyaluronic acid used during the procedure. Coroner Jean Harkin concluded that the cosmetic treatment had caused the fatal pulmonary embolism.
Ubiribo had about 185,000 followers on Instagram and was known for his luxury lifestyle. Reports says he owned a home in Los Angeles valued at about $1.1 million and an apartment in London worth roughly $600,000. He and Allen held lavish wedding celebrations in Zimbabwe in 2022.
He was buried in London in May 2026 in a reported gold coffin valued at more than $745,000. Nigerian singer Davido, described in reports as a childhood friend of Ubiribo, was among those who attended the funeral.
The case has renewed attention on the potential complications of penile filler procedures. Hyaluronic acid fillers are used as a non-surgical method of increasing penile girth, but the procedure can carry serious risks if filler enters blood vessels.
The Thai clinic where Ubiribo received the injection has not been publicly identified in the reports.
