Estranged wife and her alleged boyfriend appeared at the Botshabelo Magistrates Court on Wednesday 30 April facing murder charges in connection with the killing of Pesa Pheko.
The court was filled with no place to walk as angry residents wanted to see both accused
Pesa Pheko’s estranged wife Nombulelo Jwili Pheko aged 34 and co-accused Motlatsi Ramosoeu aged 39 who is her alleged boyfriend will remain in custody. They were both attested late in 2024 and has since been denied bail.
In the early hours of 10 July 2024, 37-year-old Pesa Pheko was last seen by his family leaving their house at L-Section in Botshabelo in the Free State to board public transport to Bloemfontein for his hospital appointment.
The case against Pesa Pheko’s wife Nombulelo Pheko and co-accused Motlatsi Ramosoeu known as Ramza WA lepara who is her alleged boyfriend has been postponed to 23 May
