GAUTENG – Police visibility has been intensified in Gauteng to ensure that people are and feel safe as they enjoy Christmas Day. The Gauteng Provincial Head Police Emergency Services, Brigadier Kubendran Govender and Anti-Gang Unit Provincial Head Brigadier Albert Maphoto, together with Gauteng CPF Board Public Relations Officer, Mr Nehson Pillay visited the 10111 Centre in Midrand to ensure that service delivery is taking place without any hindrance. The two senior officers and PRO then flew with a police helicopter to monitor the situation across the province before lending at a Toll Plaza where police roadblock is underway. Police would like to urge the community to report any suspicious criminal activities by calling Crime Stop on 08600 10111 or by using MySAPS App. Ends
