Charlotte Tibana’s younger sister hands herself over to police in Polokwane
POLOKWANE – The younger sister of suspended attorney Charlotte Tibana has handed herself over to police at the Polokwane Police Station this afternoon.
The woman reportedly presented herself to police accompanied by Hlawu Maluleke Attorneys, who are representing her in the matter.
Her appearance follows developments involving her sister, Charlotte Tibana, 43 charges for fraud and money laundering of more than 6 million estate funds with her co_ accused husband TMPD officer Constable Peter Nonyane. Charlotte is currently suspended from practising as an attorney by the Legal Practice Council.
The third suspect will appear at the Polokwane Magistrate court on Monday for a formal bail application
