Ingredients

3⁄4 cup granulated sugar

3⁄4 cup water

11⁄2 cups recent lemon juice (from roughly 6 lemons)

1⁄2 cup recent mint leaves
-
1⁄2-2⁄3 cup bourbon (relying in your tastes)

6 cups ginger ale

Method
- Simple syrup
- In a small saucepan, mix granulated sugar and water and warmth over medium warmth. Simmer till sugar dissolves into water and combination is obvious. Simmer 1-2 minutes, then take away from warmth.
- Cocktail
- Add lemon juice, mint leaves, then let combination cool. Add the bourbon when it’s cooled.
