Ratselane, known as NTATA MALETSATSI (a wheelchair user) a resident from Ward 09 in Maluti-A-Phofung Local Municipality (Qwaqwa) spend the whole night at municipal offices after the Executive Mayor Cllr Malekola Melato refused to help him.

A man requested that the municipality put gravel for him on the Road to be able to travel using his wheel chair but the Executive Mayor lied on said that the Road is fix, the man decided to stage a protects and sleep in Municipality entrance, last night around 21:00pm he was forcefully removed by police after MMC of Social Development Cllr Pastor Mary Crocket orderd that he be removed from municipality.
