Advice from Vickie Guerrero
When requested what ideas she may need for a lady or lady who needs to get into the male-dominated enviornment {of professional} wrestling, Vickie Guerrero mentioned: “My recommendation to girls who need to start a profession in skilled wrestling, first, they might have to love the game, earlier than fascinated with another parts, you realize, in the trade.
“What I mean by that is, they’d have to learn how to sacrifice, to be trained, and to be disciplined, and to keep improving their craft, regardless of who they’re working with. The wrestling industry is male-dominated. But as far as a woman, you know, we have to kind of have a thick skin. And for us to be able to eat, sleep, drink, everything wrestling, that’s where your love and sacrifice comes into play in making this a successful career. And I think that being thick-skinned you cannot worry about what the men or the public or social media say, or let any outside elements define you that it’s a matter of believing in what you can do and having confidence in yourself to be successful in the industry.”
Nyla Rose and Vickie Guerrero
In AEW we’ve primarily seen Vickie in partnership with ‘The Native Beast’ Nyla Rose, serving to her set up herself as power in the ladies’s division.
The chemistry between the pair was almost instantaneous, in accordance to Vickie even when it took a while to promote Tony Khan on the concept of an axis.
“Our association began when I met Nyla Rose on the Chris Jericho cruise. Through my podcast, I was interviewing the women of AEW. And I was in the middle of the interview, I was watching Nyla rose.
“And I was fascinated by her. Her story, her truth, everything that she believed in, and she was the native beast. And the funny psychology behind my thinking was that as a manager and me being a villain, I want to have the strongest women on my side, because I don’t want them to beat me up.
“So I thought, Gosh, what a great way to introduce this idea to Tony Khan to have Nyla be managed by me. And she loved it. And I thought it was a great idea. And it took about five months of talking to Tony Khan and just kind of going back and forth. And it’s been two years and Nyla I have a great time out in the ring.
“She’s a fantastic person, so creative, even on her Twitter account. She’s amazing. Just the things that she thinks of and and it’s blossomed into a friendship more than a partnership. So I admire her and her confidence and just the respect that we have for each other has developed really well in us being a team on AEW.”

“And all of us need to succeed. So it’s been a really welcoming office to the place, the younger girls are keen, they usually need to hear, they usually need to hear to it as previous individuals need to say.
