GQEBERHA – Wanted suspect to appear in court on Wednesday 27 November 2024 after his arrest on Monday 25 November 2024. This wanted suspect was arrested within a week after he was circulated. The Silapha2 National Intervention Team in Gqeberha received information on the whereabouts of the wanted suspect and followed up. On Monday, 25 November 2024, the team operationalised the information, and members continued to a house in the Fort Beaufort area where the suspect was hiding from the police. The team technically approached a house in Nzama Street, Edakeni Section, Fort Beaufort, and the suspect was apprehended. The suspect will appear in the Gqeberha Magistrate Court on Wednesday 27 November 2024 on charges of double murder of Bethelsdorp. Ends Click here for the original Media Statement
