UPDATE| POLOKWANE MAGISTRATES’ COURT
Rirhandzu Tibana, the younger sister of the alleged mastermind in the multimillion-rand estate fraud and money-laundering case, has pleaded not guilty to the charges against her.
Tibana told the Polokwane Magistrates’ Court that she is financially responsible for the red Ford Raptor allegedly driven by TMPD officer Constable Peter Nonyane.
The court heard that she is a former employee of C Tibana Attorneys and is currently unemployed.
Tibana indicated that she is prepared to pay R5,000 if granted bail by the court.
