Update: arrest of suspect for rape of minor in Hendrina

NELSPRUIT – The male suspect (27) who allegedly raped a 06-year-old girl on Thursday, 03 April 2025, has appeared at Hendrina Magistrate’s Court today, 07 April 2025, and the case was postponed to Monday, 14 April 2025 for a formal bail application and an interpreter. The suspect remains in custody.

As in all other rape cases, the name of the suspect cannot be revealed until the conviction.
