PARKWEG – The Parkweg Bike Squad squeezed the space for criminals to operate in Bloemfontein CBD. They went beyond the call of duty and with extra efforts, they arrested two suspects, male (21) and female (27), who were found in possession of suspected stolen property. Both suspects will appear in Bloemfontein magistrate court tomorrow, 04 October 2024. On 3 October 2024 at about 12:00, the Parkweg Bike Squad was busy patrolling in the CBD. While in St. George Street, the team noticed three people coming from a notorious flat. They stopped and searched them. The team found two cellphones in the possession of one of the suspects. Two laptops, three cellphones and three cellphone pouches were found in the possession of the other suspect. During the investigation, it was discovered that the phones were part of the property stolen from a business burglary case that was reported earlier today at Parkweg. Six tablets, three laptops, 46 smart phones and cash were stolen during the burglary. Ends
