Two suspects involved in a murder case accosted at Ga-Maja Moshate

POLOKWANE – Two suspects were arrested in connection with a murder case that took place, in the early hours of Sunday, 17 March 2024, at Ga-Maja Moshate, in the Lebowakgomo policing precinct.

Police were summoned to the scene, on arrival they found the victim with a stab wound on his upper body.

Investigations found that the victim found two people fighting and tried to separate them. In the process, the suspect also came and suddenly produced a sharp object and stabbed the victim aged 37 on the upper body

Emergency Medical Services were summoned to the scene, and the victim was certified dead. His identity is currently withheld and will be announced as investigations unfold.

Police opened a case of murder. Two suspects were arrested.

The suspect linked to the murder will soon appear before Lebowakgomo Magistrate’s Court.

The Police investigation is still ongoing.
