BREAKING: Joslin Smith’s mother charged with HUMAN TRAFFICKING
Four people, including Kelly Smith and her boyfriend, appeared in the Vredenburg Magistrate’s Court on Thursday in connection with the disappearance of Joslin Smith (6).
The four are charged with human trafficking and kidnapping. The matter has been postponed to 13 March 2024 for their formal bail applications. More charges is possible.

WATCH: Steve Biko Hospital nurses suspended over negligence
The Steve Biko Academic Hospital in Tshwane has suspended five nurses following allegations of gross negligence.
The suspension comes after the nurses allegedly failed to assist a male patient at the hospital’s Emergency Unit on Sunday, 25 February. Another patient who was present at the time captured the incident.
In a video that is circulating on social media platforms, patients are seen dragging a nurse out of an office, demanding that she assist the male patient.

March 2024 SASSA payments: Children’s grants can be collected TODAY
The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) has confirmed its March 2024 payment schedule, as below:
- Older Person’s or Pensioners Grants: Tuesday, 5 March 2024
- Disability Grants: Wednesday, 6 March 2024
- Children’s and all other grants: Thursday, 7 March 2024
Older Person’s or Pensioners grants were paid out from Tuesday, 5 March, while on Wednesday, 6 March those eligible for Disability grants were able to collect.

AKA’s bodyguard ‘Dogg’ Khan provides details on what went wrong
KA’s bodyguard Anwar “Dogg” Khan has provided more details on what went wrong the night the rapper was murdered.
AKA, whose real name was Kiernan Forbes, was shot dead together with his friend Tebello “Tibz” Motsoane a year ago on Florida Road in Durban.
Speaking on The Load Shed podcast, Khan, who was not with AKA on 10 February 2023, said protocol was breached on the night.
