Mbele shared his passion for youth activism: “I am proud to be a youth activist, using my voice to make a difference in my community and the world… My youth is a strength, not a weakness. We are driven by passion, energy, and idealism. We are not afraid to challenge the norms and push for change.”

He continued, “As a youth activist, I will continue to speak out, organize, and advocate for the changes I want to see. I will use my voice to amplify the voices of others, to stand in solidarity with those who are marginalized and oppressed.”

Information was operationalised, and the alleged suspects were traced to a house in Bronville. Two male suspects aged 23 were arrested for murder.

In a separate incident on Sunday, 27 April 2025 members were busy with their crime combating duties. They received and traced information on the whereabouts of three murder suspects.

It led them to a house in Thabong where the three suspects aged 19 and 34 were subsequently arrested for murder.

The five male suspects who were wanted for murder are expected to make their appearances in the Welkom Magistrate’s Court today 29 April 2025
