]]> Kelly Smith, Jacqen Appolis, and Steveno Van Rhyn have returned to court in Saldanha Bay as pre-sentencing proceedings begin.

The three were found guilty of kidnapping and trafficking six-year-old Joshlin Smith, who went missing over a year ago from her home in Middelpos, Saldanha.

 

Although the verdict was delivered last week, the court is now focused on setting a date for their sentencing hearing.

Joshlin’s disappearance sparked widespread search efforts, but she remains missing to this day.
