PROTEST ACTION
TSIETSI – The R550 road is currently barricaded with stones and burning tyres due to protest action in the area.
Phases 5 and 6 are currently affected, with both Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department (EMPD) Pops unit Officers and South African Police Service (SAPS) Pops Officers on scene, monitoring the situation.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area and use alternative routes until the road is safely reopened.
