The Commission will tomorrow, Tuesday 25 November 2025, hear crucial new testimony from members of the DPCI and the Hawks. Their appearance will focus on the takedown operation at the Sandton home of Mr Katiso Molefe on 6 December 2024.

This operation has become one of the most contested law enforcement actions of the year, and tomorrow’s testimony is expected to reveal new details about planning, authorisation and the conduct of the officers involved.

The hearings resume at 09h30.
