An older video of controversial businessman Joe “Ferrari” Sibanyoni has resurfaced, drawing major attention online.

In the video addressed to President Cyril Ramaphosa and Gwede Mantashe, Sibanyoni demands a 30% stake in Putco Bus Services, which has operated in KwaNdebele for more than 60 years.

Sibanyoni says that if government leaders do not assist them in securing the stake, they will be forced to “fight on their own.”

The resurfaced video comes as Sibanyoni faces:

• Two counts of money laundering
• Allegations linked to a R2.2 million “protection fee” scheme involving a Mpumalanga businessman
