The North West Legislature has established an Ad Hoc Committee to investigate allegations of improper conduct against Premier Lazarus Mokgosi. The inquiry runs from the twenty fourth to the twenty seventh and follows claims by Naledi Local Municipality Mayor Clifton Groep.

Groep alleges that the Premier instructed a former municipal employee to change a report about the appointment of Municipal Manager Modisenyane Segapo. The committee will examine evidence and submissions before reaching its findings.
