The NKABINDE INQUIRY CONTINUES LIVE TODAY as Advocate Andrew Chauke faces ongoing scrutiny over whether he remains fit and proper to hold the office of Director of Public Prosecutions in South Gauteng.

Convened in terms of Section 12(6) of the National Prosecuting Authority Act, the Nkabinde Inquiry is tasked with determining Chauke’s fitness for office within the National Prosecuting Authority.

Chaired by Justice Sisi Khampepe Nkabinde, the inquiry resumes public hearings following earlier testimony and submissions presented before the December adjournment.
