As confirmed in the correspondence from the Modimolle Magistrate Court, dated 02 October 2025, the following details apply:

Case number: SH100/2024

Additional case number: 299/08/2022

Police Station: Bela Bela

State versus:

1. Imanuwela David

2. Froliana Joseph

3. David Ndilimashao Joseph

The Court has advised that the Modimolle Regional Court is not yet ready with the judgement. The judgement will instead be delivered on 03 October 2025.
