The African National Congress Youth League hosts the Peter Mokaba Memorial Lecture as part of efforts to honour the legacy of one of South Africa’s most influential liberation icons.

The lecture takes place in Mogwase, North West Province, and features addresses by Fikile Mbalula, ANC Secretary-General, and Collen Malatji, President of the ANC Youth League.

The memorial lecture reflects on the life, activism and enduring contribution of Peter Mokaba, whose legacy continues to inspire youth activism, political discipline and commitment to social and economic justice.

The event is held at JM Ntsime Hall and forms part of broader political education and mobilisation initiatives by the ANCYL.
