FREE STATE – An Intelligence-driven operation led to the arrest of a 64-year-old suspect for possession of drugs in Tumahole. On Monday, 17 March 2025, at about 13:45, the Fezile Dabi District Highway patrol and Tumahole Crime Intelligence Unit(CIG) received information about an African male in possession of drugs at a certain house in Tumahole. The members followed up on the information, and upon searching the premises, they discovered and confiscated 260 mandrax tablets and 66 ziplock plastics containing Crystal Meth.
The suspect will appear before the Parys Magistrate Court on Wednesday, 19 March 2025, on charges of possession of drugs
