General Leutanant Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi has raised explosive allegations about political interference in SAPS, compromised policing, and a direct threat to the safety of the people of South Africa . That is a warning about a country being pushed towards lawlessness.
Instead of confronting these issues you find cultishstic characters like Julius Malema doing what he always does when pressure mounts, insulting , deflecting , and making noise to sound clever .
Julius Malema must stop behaving like a man above the law. He is not a semi-god. He is an ordinary citizen like every South African and he must account like everyone else.
The allegations before Madlanga are serious and need accountability, his alleged links to security tenders in the city of Tshwane , Bucket Toilets in Ekurhuleni,
his relationship with senior police figures implicated in wrongdoing, and his aggressive attempts to discredit a senior officer raising national security concerns.
These are not matters for small rallies or Twitter theatrics they belong before the Madlanga Commission and thus our call to say Julius Malema must appear before the Madlanga Commission and answer, directly and under scrutiny. No slogans this time and No intimidation Nor political grandstanding.
What the country is dealing with here is bigger than individuals — it is about whether politicians are turning South Africa into a gangster state where networks of power, patronage, money, and law
Anyone found to be interfering with SAPS, manipulating law enforcement, or using political influence to shield wrongdoing must be rejected with their small organisations — decisively and without exception.
This is not about personalities. It is about the safety of the people of South Africa .No one — no matter how loud, how popular, or how self proclaimed to be feared is above the law!
We stand with the people of South Africa and General Leutanant Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi
