South Africa’s Portfolio Committee on Communications and Digital Technologies has called the country’s major mobile network operators, Vodacom, MTN, Cell C, Telkom, and Rain to appear before it on Friday, June 13, in a bid to tackle persistent concerns over high data costs and patchy network connectivity.
