The 24-year-old’s whirlwind move from Golden Arrows to Mamelodi Sundowns this season has already produced two goals, an assist, and now something far bigger: a FIFA Intercontinental Cup medal, earned as a late substitute in Sundowns’ win over Al-Ahli.
Talk about a welcome party. “I don’t even know what to say, the way I’m so happy,” an emotional Ndlovu admitted after the final whistle. “And this happened during my birthday, it’s massive to me. I’m so happy.”

“I’m looking forward to winning even more trophies this season. We have just started with this one, and it’s a ‘FIFA’… special one, we must go on to other ones,” he said. “We want to play PSG eventually, and that’s where we’re going.”
