The case involving SA FM senior broadcaster Nonkululeko Mantula and four co-accused has been postponed once again by the Kempton Park Magistrate’s Court. ⚖️

Mantula appeared alongside Thulani Mazibuko, Xolani Ntuli, Siphamandla Tshabalala, and Sfiso Mabena on charges linked to allegedly recruiting men to assist the Russian military in the war with Ukraine.

📌 Key details:
• Arrested in late November last year
• Charged under the Regulation of Foreign Military Assistance Act (1998)
• Law prohibits South Africans from assisting foreign military operations without state approval

💰 Bail details:
• Nonkululeko Mantula – R30,000
• Xolani Ntuli – R15,000
• Other accused – R5,000 each

The State informed the court that investigations are still ongoing, including downloading data from the suspects’ phones. More time is needed to determine the next legal steps.
