KIMBERLEY – A team of Roodepan Police Station detectives led by Captain Deon Rheeder, embarked on a wanted suspects tracing operation on Thursday, 18 April 2024. Twenty three (23) suspects, who have been on the run from the police for murder, attempted murder, assault GBH, theft, housebreaking and theft, malicious damage to property, dealing in drugs and contravention of protection orders were arrested. The suspects have been evading Court appearances and others violated Court orders. All suspects were arrested at their respective residences in Roodepan and will appear in the Kimberley Magistrates Court soon.
The police are encouraging the public to rate the police efforts in fighting crime by participating in the “RATE OUR SERVICE” online survey to assist the police in improving services.
