Media Statement UPINGTON – The Provincial Commissioner of the Northern Cape, Lieutenant General Koliswa Otola, accompanied by the Deputy Provincial Commissioner for Crime Detection and Acting Deputy Provincial Commissioner for Policing, Major General Luntu Ngubelanga, honoured the recently promoted members by conferring their new ranks. The members from Upington Public Order Police were promoted to the ranks of Colonel, Captain, and Warrant Officer in different districts within the province. During her address, General Otola reiterated on discipline, command, and control. She congratulated the members and wished them well in their new roles. Ends
