Prince Harry makes surprise visit to Ukraine, meets wouded veterans at Superhumans Center
Britain’s Prince Harry made an unannounced visit to Ukraine on April 10, 2025, where he met with victims of war as part of his continued advocacy for wounded veterans.
According to a spokesperson, the Duke of Sussex visited the Superhumans Center, an orthopedic and rehabilitation clinic located in the western city of Lviv. The facility specializes in providing care to both military personnel and civilians injured during the ongoing conflict.
Prince Harry, a former British Army officer with two tours in Afghanistan, was joined in Lviv by veterans affiliated with the Invictus Games Foundation the international sporting event he founded in 2014 to support service members injured in the line of duty.
During the visit, Harry engaged with medical staff and patients, gaining insight into their rehabilitation journeys. He also met with Ukraine’s Minister of Veterans Affairs, Natalia Kalmykova, underscoring his commitment to the global veteran community.
