Media Statement POLOKWANE – On Monday, 07 April 2025, Vala Umgodi Operation-TACJOC team represented by Sergeant Mienkie Ramakgoakgoa of Provincial Corporate Communication and Liaison, visited Moutse Community Radio Station in Dennilton Policing area, at Sekhukhune District. The main objective of the awareness campaign was to sensitise the community about illegal mining activities including its negative impact within the communities. The community was encouraged to obtain the mining permit at the Department of Mineral and Petroleum Resources (DMPR) offices. Moreover, community was further encouraged to report criminal activities to the Police. Ends
