Police seek deceased woman’s boyfriend to assist with ongoing murder investigation in Tshaulu
Limpopo police in Tshaulu are seeking assistance from the public to locate the boyfriend of the deceased 40 year old woman discovered in a pit toilet at Ha-Lambani Mahagala on Sunday.
It is alleged that the body of the deceased was discovered at about 11:40 inside a pit toilet at her home, covered with a blanket. Family members alerted members of the community, who subsequently notified the police.
Police and Emergency Medical Services personnel were summoned to the scene, where the body was retrieved from the pit toilet.
Preliminary investigations revealed that the deceased had sustained injuries to the face and head.
As part of the ongoing investigation, detectives visited the residence of the deceased’s boyfriend, Ramuthogi Foster, who was not found.
Police are appealing to Ramuthogi Foster (40) pictured below to voluntarily report to his nearest police station, as it is believed that he may be able to assist investigators with information that could be crucial in the ongoing investigations.
Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts or any information that may assist the investigation is urged to contact the investigating officer, Sergeant Thuso Nengovhela, on 061 446 3487, or the nearest police station. Alternatively, information may be provided anonymously through the Crime Stop number 08600 10111 or via the MySAPS App.
