Media Statement GQEBERHA – The Provincial Organised Crime Investigation in Gqeberha are appealing to anyone who can provide information that can lead to the arrest and successful prosecution of a suspect/s who gunned down two men aged 47 and 26 at the Arlington Waste Tip, on Monday, 03 Feruary 2025. It is alleged that at approximately 11:00, the deceased and his son arrived at the Arlington Tip. While they were busy offloading the rubbish, the one deceased (47) was shot while standing outside his bakkie at the driver’s side, and his son 26 were shot while still seated in the passenger seat. The motive and the suspects are unknown, and the investigation is ongoing. The names of the deceased will be released once the next of kin have identified them.
