Police launch a search for missing teen

WELKOM – Cavin Edwin Kulue aged 15 ran away from Riebeeckstad Care Centre on 17 July 2024 at about 14:30 when a Child and Youth Care Worker from Bloemfontein was coming to fetch him.

He has blond short hair.
