Police investigate stock theft case after unknown suspects slaughter a cow in Morebeng

POLOKWANE – The Police Detectives in Polokwane under Stock Theft Unit are investigating a case of stock theft after unknown suspects slaughtered a cow at one of the farms in Morebeng policing area,Capricorn District between 12 October 2024 at around 16:00 and 13 October 2024 at 05:30 in the morning.

The police report indicates that the complainant in this matter was patrolling the kraal on Sunday, 13 October 2024, when he noticed that one of the cattle was slaughtered and the suspect left only intestines at the scene.

The incident was reported at Morebeng police station, and a case of stock theft was opened.

The cow is estimated at a value of R15 000-00.
