NELSPRUIT – A 23-year-old man suspected of being involved in the murder of 16-year-old Amanda Lethukuthula Masango from Kanyamazane on 17 March 2025, has passed away. The circumstances surrounding his death is still under investigation. The incident took place on 01 April 2025 at approximately 20:00 in Pienaar. According to the preliminary investigation, it is suspected that he could have taken his life. The family members alleged that they found him with a rope around his neck and had to cut it to bring him down. An inquest has been opened as investigations continue Meanwhile, the investigation of a grade 12 learner is still ongoing. Ends
