Police in Musina are investigating armed robbery at Matswale phase 04

POLOKWANE – The Police in Musina are investigating a case of robbery with a firearm that occurred at one of the spaza shops at Matswale phase 04, on Sunday, 09 June 2024 at around 21:00.

Police reports indicate that the victim was in his shop  about to close, when  he noticed three suspicious males. One of them walked past him, and suddenly, the other suspect went to his direction and pulled out a firearm. He fired shots, and he was hit by a bullet on his lower body. The suspect approached  him, and they robbed him of an undisclosed amount of money and fled the scene on foot.

Police were summoned to the scene and opened a case of robbery with a firearm for further investigation.
