The trial of three accused in the theft of millions of rand in foreign currency from President Cyril Ramaphosa’s Phala Phala farm continues at the Modimolle Regional Court in Limpopo.
The accused, Immanuela David and siblings Floriana and Ndilinasho Joseph, face charges related to the February 2020 break-in and theft at the President’s game farm in Bela-Bela.
The case was postponed earlier this year to allow Floriana Joseph to attend to her pregnancy. Proceedings are expected to shed new light on the circumstances surrounding the high-profile heist that has drawn both national and international attention.
