Peter “Gagash” Nonyane And Charlotte Tibana’s Bail Appeal Removed From Roll
The defence for Tshwane Metro Police Department officer Peter “Gagash” Nonyane and his wife, attorney Charlotte Tibana, has asked the Limpopo High Court in Polokwane to remove their bail appeal from today’s roll.
The couple faces 43 charges, including fraud, theft and money laundering, linked to allegations that about R6 million was misappropriated from deceased estates.
They were denied bail by the Polokwane Magistrate’s Court on 4 September and remain in custody. Their criminal matter has been postponed to 6 November for further investigations.
