According to the website Moon Giant, the last full moon this year happens on the 28 December.

That just three days after Christmas, and the sky will be lit up by the lunar body until the end of the year. The next lunar event will only happen again in January 2024, which makes December’s something very special to see.
MORE ABOUT THE COLD MOON
According to the website Time and Date, the December lunar event is called the Cold Moon – and that’s because of the weather at this time of the year in many parts of the world.
Sometimes, the last lunar event of the year is also called the Ice Moon.
THE FIRST FULL MOON FOR 2024
After December, we can look forward to seeing the first full moon for 2024.
The first lunar event for the next year will happen on 6 January, according to the website Time and Date.

The next FULL MOONS for the year promise to be something special. Fans of lunar events can look forward to the February moon next, happening during a special leap year that has one extra day to it –and this only happens once every four years!

Full Moon for February, 2024
According to Moon Giant, the next moon is happening on February 24, 2024.

Due to its association with snow-covered terrain, it’s also called the Snow Moon. Other names for it are the Storm Moon, or the Hunger Moon – depending on which part of the world you’re seeing it from.
It also happens in a leap year, which gives February one more day.
Full Moon for March, 2024
March’s full moon event is called the Worm Moon, happening on March 25, 2024.

For some parts of the world, this is the moon which announces more worm activity – and the nature around it.

Some cultures also believe that the lunar event is the perfect time to deworm, believing that worms are attracted to the brightness.

According to Time and Date, the lunar event for April is happening on: April 23, 2024
