Gauteng police have confirmed that two men were taken in for questioning following a shooting incident at a Hyde Park home linked to former Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe.
According to police spokesperson Dimakatso Nevhuhulwi, the individuals have not been formally arrested at this stage. One of the men questioned has been identified as Bellarmine Chatunga Mugabe.
Authorities confirmed that the firearm allegedly used in the shooting has not yet been recovered as investigations continue. The incident reportedly took place at a residence in Hyde Park, raising serious public interest and security concerns.
