The Electoral Court has dismissed the ANC’s application against the registration of the uMkhonto we Sizwe (MK) party, affirming that the MK Party will not be deregistered.
Judge Modiba highlighted that the ANC failed to act in a timely manner and missed two opportunities to object to the registration of the MK party.
