Media Statement ROSENDAL – The Rosendal police are searching for a missing person, Kristan Free Mahlophe(85) of Mautse near Rosendal who has been missing from 21 January 2025. He went to the farm to monitor his livestock with his dog. The dog returned home, but he did not. He was wearing a scorch jersey, safari light shoes, and a brown cowboy hat. A search team was established consisting of Vispol members, local detectives, Community Police Forum members, and Community members. Any person who might know of his whereabouts can contact Rosendal Detective Service at Sergeant Van Biljoen 082 525 2137 or Crime Stop on 08600 10111.
