Minister Lamola to deliver a public lecture at the University of Johannesburg

The Minister of Justice and Correctional Services, Mr Ronald Lamola, will on 11 April 2024, deliver a public lecture at the University of Johannesburg under the theme: “Legal education and its role in achieving social justice in South Africa”. The lecture forms part of the 30 Years of Freedom Departmental programme.
Its objective is to afford Minister Lamola and the law students a platform to engage and reflect on the state of legal education and its role in advancing social justice and participatory democracy in South Africa. The lecture is also in fulfilment of the Departmental objective to foster and harness relations with stakeholders from all sectors of society including the students.
