Back with nice enthusiasm, and with the theme, “Cape Town: City of Hope”, the City’s annual Festive Lights Switch-On event could have the Grand Parade singing and dancing to the sounds of an brisk line-up of a few of South Africa’s greatest and crowd favorite entertainers 27 November 2022, because it welcomes within the begin of summer time.
